Does ClassPanel require district vendor agreements or DPA contracts?
Because ClassPanel operates without user accounts, does not collect student records, and stores all roster names locally within the educator's browser sandbox, our tools comply natively with FERPA and COPPA guidelines. If your school district or local education authority requires a signed Data Privacy Agreement (DPA), please email us directly with your district's standard documentation.
How are new feature suggestions and timer themes selected?
Every submission sent via our Teacher Feedback Form is categorized and tracked in our internal roadmap. Tools with high teacher demand (such as custom color palettes, specialized time controls, or novel randomizers) receive highest priority in upcoming release cycles.
